We are providing just a tidbit of information about us to briefly introduce ourselves and our developing brand. We expect this information will enlighten you a tad about our brand, who we are as Realtors, and briefly describe our overall experience, personality, character, style, dedicated work habits and overall background. As residents of Central Parke at Victoria Falls for the last nine years we have constantly monitored the market activity in and around the Laurel community. The majority of our sales within the community have come to us because of our website search engine function. Home buyers have routinely contacted us about the availability of homes in Victoria Falls. Our in-depth knowledge and personal relation with neighbors give us an edge in the market. We are dedicated to becoming your trusted resource for real estate, senior related information, income tax and financial information. We want you to know that we love working in this professional…And, we are always available to answer your questions and/or concerns!
Adolphus was licensed as a real estate broker in Maryland and in the District of Columbia in 2010 after twenty-five years of affiliation with other larger real estate brokerages. In life we have dreams – We can truly say that we are following our dream! In 2010, we felt that the time was right to open the doors to Adolphus Hawkes Realtors, LLC. The market was in a disaster state at that time! However, we wanted to share our real estate knowledge and experience and to develop a brand that educates first time buyers and motivate sellers. We exclusively represent sellers as sellers’ agents and buyers as buyer agents if that’s the wish of our clients and customers.
